Ericsson Academy is set up to drive Competence Readiness in Ericsson. We will facilitate the necessary infrastructure; processes, guidelines and expertise to make this happen.

Within Ericsson Academy the Learning Implementation group will organize Learning & Performance Consultants to actively support managers around Ericsson to implement Competence Readiness. It could be to secure competence readiness for a portfolio launch or to support a critical change of way of working for a job.

As Learning & Performance consultant you will support and advice organizations in doing things like competence needs analysis, design learning solutions, prepare for competence investment decisions, assign and support project managers for development of learning solutions, implement the competence initiatives in market units, evaluate the effect of the competence investment.

Above this you will act as an expert, driving best practice and new methods for learning and performance support.

Work Experience

  • Experience as a consultant facilitating organizational change, competence build-up etc.
  • Experience from designing learning solutions.
  • Experience from managing development of learning solutions, especially eLearning and communities.

Education

  • Higher Education is a plus.
  • Exams in Instructional System Design or similar is a plus.

What we look for in you

  • Analytic mindset. You want to find the problem before you propose the solutions.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and group processes.
  • Good at communicating ideas and solutions.
  • Good and instructing and coaching.
  • Strong written and verbal english are a must.
